Kumi is a financial services professional with an exemplary career leading multiple service teams at the largest independent and organically grown Alternatives Asset Administrator, Citco Fund Services. She was part of the management team in Canada where the company provided a range of services to some of the largest Hedge and Private Equity Funds globally. 

 

Kumi joined RBC Investor and Treasury Services in 2018, where she was responsible for all aspects of operations in Canada, including asset services, custody, payments and treasury and market services to Mutual funds, Pensions and Wealth Advisors. She is currently at Manulife Investment Management as Global Head of Sponsor Processing, for Retirement Operations in the US and Canada.

Kumi graduated from the University of Toronto, with a Bachelor of Commerce, and received her CPA, CMA designation in 1997. She currently serves as a board member for the Educators Financial Group and is Member of North Toronto Collegiate’s Parent Council. In addition, she supports the Mentorship Pillar for Tamils in Finance and is a volunteer member of Aravanai.

 

She has two daughters aged 21 and 16 who she devotes her spare time to!
