Originally from Singapore, Vanitha lives in Sydney with her husband and 2 little children. Having worked as a Marketing Manager for over 8 years, Vanitha holds a Bachelors' degree in Communication Studies and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Vanitha started Vaaranam Children's Books in 2017, due to the lack of good quality and engaging Tamil books for little children. She has produced 6 children's books to date in Tamil and has sold over 3,000 copies worldwide. Vanitha is working on her next 2 book projects at the moment.
