In May 2024, TamilCulture (TC), in partnership with Scarborough Innovates, hosted a curated and intimate event at a private ranch in San Jose. The gathering brought together tech leaders and professionals from the Bay Area for an evening dedicated to knowledge sharing and meaningful connections. The exclusive event featured attendees from prominent companies such as Nvidia, Google, Meta, Apple, AWS, several startup founders and organizations like Tamil Venture Zone and the American Tamil Fund.

Speakers:
Ruban Kanapathippillai: A seasoned technology and business executive with nearly 30 years of experience. Ruban has been instrumental in the success of two startups, leading them through rapid growth and securing significant early-stage venture investments. His efforts culminated in lucrative exits worth $720 million and $550 million, respectively.
Siva Nadarajah: President and Co-Founder of JOGO Health. With over 25 years in healthcare technology, Siva previously led Semantelli, an AI-powered drug and vaccine safety platform acquired by IQVIA.
Parthipan Paramsothy: An entrepreneur and executive in the hardware technology sector, Parthipan has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. He recently served as Vice President of Consumer Products and Strategic Planning at Peloton, following the acquisition of his company, Gossamer Engineering, by Peloton prior to its IPO.
Gasthini Sivayoganathan: Currently the Manager of Waveguide Operations Program at Meta, Gasthini boasts expertise in leadership, cost engineering, data analysis, international project management, and process improvement. Previously, she held a product management role at Apple.
Thillai Kumaran: Co-founder and General Partner of the American Tamil Fund, bringing a wealth of experience in investment and community leadership. The event was a resounding success, fostering new connections and inspiring the next wave of innovation within the tech community.
