The best samosa in Toronto, for me, is the ideal on-the-way-home snack. Don't get me wrong--I love me some samosas alongside a good Tandoori Chicken meal - but a couple of light, crispy samosas are my ideal tide-me-over. Plus they're never too hard on the wallet, which is always a good thing.
