It's about time we started talking openly about women's sexual and reproductive health! I have PCOS, and all these year's with it I've felt alone, but when I started opening up about it to other South Asian women, I realized it's A LOT more common than you think. If you know nothing about PCOS, this video will be a very brief intro to it!

PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and it's very common among South Asian Women.  This web series is to create content to open up spaces where dialogues can be shared freely for people with PCOS and people who want to learn about this condition.

It's about time we started talking about sexual and reproductive health in the South Asian community.
