The Tamil Rights Group (TRG) is a non-profit legal group that promotes transitional justice for Eelam Tamils. TRG was started in 2020 by a group of Tamil legal experts and activists to ensure a cohesive platform for the global Tamil community to fight for key issues that Tamils face. Their mission is to utilize a network of diasporic Tamils to advocate for Civil Liberties for Tamils within Sri Lanka and justice for those who suffered at the hands of Sri Lankan authorities.
