Ever have a major craving for mutton rolls, where you ring up your parents or rush to a Tamil food joint to get your hands on some, only to bite into an endless mash of potatoes? Immediate reaction: "WTF?! Where's the mutton in my mutton rolls?"

Don't worry, every meat loving Tamil has been there. Along with all the non-Tamils who have started to form a love for rolls. After some discussion with a few rolls loving, meat loving people on our team, we think we've come up with the perfect meat-to-potato ratio. Food store owners: please pay attention and stop trying to pass potatoes for mutton. Customers can taste the difference. Lately, we've seen a troubling trend of 25% meat and 75% potato. Not cool.

In our experience, Canbe Foods rolls in Toronto (1760 Ellesmere Rd, Toronto, ON M1H 2T9)  has come the closest to perfection for us. Keep up the good work guys!
