Note: Major spoiler alert below. You've been warned.

I don't want to boast that I called it, since Season 1, that Mindy and Danny would end up together, but they did and this season premiere was off the hook!

Not only did I get to see Danny be "Diamond Danny," I got to see Paul punch out Jeremy, the oh so drop dead gorgeous British gynecologist on the show.

For those just reading this for the heck of it  or as a way to pass time, I suggest you go find some site or download (Um legally of course?!) The Mindy Project Season 1 and start there. I wouldn't want to spoil the ending when you haven't even started to watch the show! Who likes to read the end of the book first anyways?

So back to this premiere, I think a few of us started fanning our faces near the end of the show when Danny did a little striptease for Mindy. Who would have thought he had THOSE kinds of moves...

This couple was one of those will-they-won't-they couples that everyone was rooting for, but got disappointed at every turn when something screwed it all up. Mindy is our fun loving, over-sharing, caring, exuberant doctor, who tells the office EVERYTHING. But once she starts telling everyone that "Danny is good with his mouth,"  Danny gets upset and asks her to stop. For the sake of the relationship , she tries really hard to zip it, even with the temptations surrounding her.

She's the type of girl to be very proud of herself for donating two cans of soup to attend a Katy Perry Q&A. She said this to prove her involvement in charity work, as a means to avoid the Doctors without Molars charity fundraiser the office is hosting. Much to the fact she was enraged that health care does not cover COLOR braces for Tamra.

"How about a charity that helps women who want to look bang-able at work?" -Mindy

Who doesn't like the hot white men on this show, and Mindy is no exception. Morgan's cousin, Lou the ex-con, who seems like might be staying long-term on the show, is one of the many she flirted with throughout the show's history.  He openly states that he is interested in Mindy, but Mindy resists his charms.

The fun "crazy" Mindy has slowly settled down and this is evident as she is beginning to accept Danny's ways. She actually listens to him talk about state capitals, but at times she will say "is this boring, like all the states' capitals?"

One thing that was hard for Danny to keep from Mindy was the fact that he saw Jeremy massage Peter's girlfriend, which doesn't seem right. During this chat is when Mindy comes across a hot-pink thong that says "DIAMOND." He ignored every question regarding the thong and actually throws it away. Mindy brings it to the office and asks for everyone's opinion, and it was concluded that it was a male stripper thong.

Thanks to Mindy's over-sharing, the possible Jeremy-Lauren relationship is now out in the open and Danny gets the name "Diamond." Danny gets furious with Mindy for spilling the beans again, at the same rate Mindy is mad at Danny for holding secrets from her. He finally reveals to her that he had to be a stripper to pay for med school.

Later in the show, we learn that Lauren and Jeremy did kiss, and this is when Peter punches him. Peter thought Jeremy was gay this entire time! ( I wouldn't blame him.)

As always, Danny and Mindy make up and agree to share secrets with one another ( isn't that expected in a relationship?). This is when Danny's sexiness goes way up on the scale. At one point he plays frozen on the piano as a sorrowful piece, and the next minute he's strip dancing to "American Woman."

I for one am in favour of seeing Danny dance more on the show ;)
