M.I.A. x Versus
It has finally happened and all the rumors have been confirmed; M.I.A. has teamed up with Versace to create 19 pieces for both men and women in their Versus line. The line is inspired by counterfeit Versace products seen all over London and as stated in WWD, MIA says "The theme of counterfeits, of those that produce and sell them has always been part of the culture of M.I.A."

MIA"The collection represents all that I love of the new Versus Versace: it's fast, it's noisy, it's brazen and it blends the world of music with that of fashion." says designer Donatella Versace. And that's exactly what the line is! Big and noisy patterns; bizarre designs that work!

Versus is one of the more "affordable" (not a student budget) brand of Versace clothing.

M.I.A.'s urban music, street style and bootlegged inspired line will include T-shirts, printed jeans, military inspired clothing and many other things! Catch her line in stores on October the 16th. We are definitely looking forward to see her work in the form of clothing.

Kettikari
I'm Bruno, and I'm a kettikaran. Kettikaran is a Tamil masculine word used to describe a male who is successful at achieving something great; in other words, a winner (kettikari for females). For the last few months, this is what a few elders within the Sri Lankan-Tamil community have been telling me - that I’m a winner. No, I didn’t receive a scholarship to school; I didn’t score the winning goal to help my team win the league trophy; I didn’t discover a medical breakthrough. So, what did I do to be bathed with such a commemorative label? Well, I fathered a son as my first child.
