As an Operations Officer at VFS Global, I contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of visa and passport services to various clients across the world. I handle the daily operations, customer relations, document verification, and quality control of the visa application center in London, UK. I have completed my MSc in International Business at Anglia Ruskin University, where I am developing my knowledge and skills in global markets, trade, and strategy. I have a keen interest in learning about different cultures, languages, and business practices, and I aspire to work in an international and diverse environment. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Madras University, and I have completed MS Office and Tally courses. I am fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
