The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is now in full swing and a few South Asian films are being premiered at the prestigious festival.

The stunning Priyanka Chopra, who has starred in Tamil films, is in town to present her film Mary Kom. The film is about the obstacles and triumphs of an Indian World Boxing Champ and bronze Olympic medallist.  Her film premiered last night and she made it to the front page of the widely read Toronto Star newspaper this morning!
